Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the delivery of the analysis, design, development, execution, and follow through of solutions on client engagements. You will ensure client satisfaction by interfacing with the client to provide timely, innovative, and value added services and work products. Either as part of a team environment, or on an individual engagement, you will demonstrate excellent knowledge transfer, documentation and reporting abilities to ensure hand off to the client or a fellow Virtuoso consultant is seamless.
- Experience managing large projects, SDLC and/or business process design initiatives
- Minimum of 10 years industry experience, multiple industries preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of consulting experience, Big 4 preferred
- PMP certification
You will also provide mentoring and foster professional development for staff consultants through leadership roles within Virtuoso's organizational structure.
Willingness to travel up to 100%

Project Support/Schedule & Scope Controller
|
|
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills as well as strong verbal, written, electronic communication and presentation skills. Successful individual and teamwork experiences and demonstrated leadership abilities in time management skills, as well as the ability to be flexible and innovative.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Experience with Scheduling (including dependencies and dynamic scheduling)
- Project Management background
- Scope Management background
- Minimum of 8 years industry experience
- Discipline (s): Scope and Schedule Management
- Ready to sit for the PMP exam within 6 months of hire.
- Experience with DOORs desired
Candidate is responsible for Scope and Schedule Management support. This work entails completing schedules, working with DOORS support personnel, writing and maintaining the Scope Management plan (including processes and procedures), and participating in planning discussions with the customer, contractor work management, and technical staff.
