About Virtuoso

Virtuoso launched in October of 2008 to offer Project Management and Software Implementation consulting services.  A collaboration of seasoned project and business consulting experts, with a diverse background ranging from IT and defense contracting to healthcare and human relations, the team sought to define a new level of professional services. 

President and co-owner, Julie Burke-Bowen, realized the expanding need for outsourced, high-end professional services.  Drawing on her experience from firms like Ernst & Young and Deloitte, she sought to organize a team of consultants with varied experience and proven track records.  As a team, Virtuoso set forth a vision of providing exceptional customer service, by committing to the strategic goals of each partner and leaving behind a legacy of best practices. 

Services range from business process re-engineering, and implementation rollouts, to complete SDLC consulting and project crisis recovery.  The individual needs of each company vary, Virtuoso offers specialized management skills to best fit each need.  Virtuoso’s teams hit the ground running to assess the nature of the issue, offer immediate stop-gap solutions and finally map out a strategy for success.  These teams have a wide range of experience and focus on immediate needs for improvement.
